I absolutely loved the picturesque lagoon views from my room, which brought the essence of nature right to my window. The hotel was conveniently located near a waterbus stop, making transfers to the airport and local attractions effortless. The breakfast options were delightful, with the charm of having it delivered to my room added a special touch to my mornings.

The only downside was that the shower cubicle was a bit cramped, which could be uncomfortable for some.

Monica was so welcoming and made sure my gluten-free breakfast was delicious! The room with the lagoon view was stunning and super comfy. Perfectly located near water trams and less crowded, yet close to attractions. We’ll definitely return!

the shower cubicle was quite small. but the lagoon view from the room was amazing. the staff was really friendly and helped with everything we needed. and breakfast brought to the room was just perfect.

Unfortunately, we faced several issues during our stay. The hot water was non-existent for much of our trip, which made showering nearly impossible—a significant inconvenience for us. Additionally, the air conditioning only worked in fan mode, leaving our room uncomfortable on warmer nights. While I appreciated the staff’s efforts, these maintenance problems really detracted from the experience.

I stayed in the Superior Double Room with Lagoon View, and it was gorgeous! The view was stunning, perfect for morning coffee. The room was clean and had that lovely Venetian style. Breakfast in bed was such a treat, with fresh pastries that made my mornings special! Just wish the shower was a bit bigger. Overall, a comfy and charming space.

This place was a fitting option for a weekend stopover in Venice with good price-value balance. It was nice having a big shared kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals. Check out the nearby vaporetto stop for easy transit around the city.

The bathrooms are annoyingly cramped!!! Hot water supply was inconsistent. frustrating during peak hours!!! The air conditioning units were excessively noisy. disrupted my sleep!!! Limited hotel facilities could offer more options for entertainment!!!
